I offer a free 20-30 minute telephone consultation at a time to suit you. This helps us work out if I am able to help you and allows you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about counselling and what to expect. Also please see my page with FAQ's as this will give you more information about how counselling can help.
I appreciate that if you are looking for counselling for your child or teenager that you may want to explore further details of how I maybe able to help. If under the current situation you would like to have face to face sessions I am able to provide socially distanced therapy from my studio room. I will need to go through a full risk assessment and individual client questionnaire - please ask for more details.
